By booking any tour offered by Surfaris Chile Pro, the user agrees to the following terms:

1. Reservations and Payments
To confirm a reservation, a payment of 60% of the total tour cost is required.
The remaining balance must be paid at the start of the tour in Chile.

2. Cancellations
Cancellations will only be refunded in cases of force majeure, duly justified (serious illness, accidents, or natural disasters), with supporting documentation provided within 48 hours of the event.

3. Rescheduling
You may reschedule the tour at least 10 days prior to the start date, subject to availability.
Only one rescheduling is allowed per reservation.

4. Responsibilities
Surfaris Chile Pro is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings, minor injuries, or delays caused by external factors such as weather, tides, traffic, or public order issues.
Participants are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions or physical limitations before the trip.

5. Insurance
Travel or accident insurance is strongly recommended. In the event of a major accident, the local emergency network will be activated.

6. Behavior
Surfaris Chile Pro reserves the right to suspend the participation of any client who fails to comply with basic rules of respect or safety.
